Question 1

Are you an actual coach right now?

Accepted Answer

Not yet. I'm in the learning and qualifying stage — working toward AED, CPR, First Aid, NASM Youth Exercise Specialization, and Kids Zumba certifications. This site documents that journey as it happens, not a claim that I've already arrived.

Question 2

How can I get in touch with you?

Accepted Answer

The easiest way is WhatsApp or email — everything is listed on the contact page at https://abdallah.kids/contact.

Question 3

How accurate are the tools on the "Tools for Parents" page (like BMI)?

Accepted Answer

They're general estimates for awareness and fun, not medical diagnosis. Kids' BMI especially is interpreted by doctors using age-and-sex-specific growth charts, not a fixed number. If you have a genuine concern about your child's health, please talk to a pediatrician.

Question 4

Does the site collect my data?

Accepted Answer

No. No accounts, no tracking, no ads. All the tools calculate on your own device only. Full details are in the privacy policy at https://abdallah.kids/privacy.

Question 5

What's the difference between this site and AbdallahMekky.com?

Accepted Answer

AbdallahMekky.com is the main professional site. abdallah.kids is dedicated to this one dream — becoming a kids fitness and happiness coach. Abdallah also writes more personally on abdallah.blog, and shares his running training on abdallah.run.

Question 6

Can you coach my child right now?

Accepted Answer

This dream is still in its very first stages, and it isn't a ready-made service available yet. But if you're interested in following along, or even just want to reach out and share your thoughts, Abdallah would genuinely love to hear from you.
